The supply of any goods or services by Grimsdyke Service Station is subject to either:

(1) The terms and conditions of the relevant agreement entered into between Grimsdyke Service Station and you, the customer; or;
(2) Where no agreement has been entered into between Grimsdyke Service Station and you, the potential customer, the terms and conditions of Grimsdyke Service Station's relevant standard agreement apply.
